Open this when you have a minute. You get one small idea, two questions, and then the answer. Nothing is scored.
- Movement. One standard, such as squat depth or how a jerk is caught. A link opens the demonstration on CrossFit’s site.
- Methodology. One training rule, such as what intensity means or how to scale a workout without changing what it is for.
- Benchmark. One named workout: how it is scored, how long it should take, and the first thing to change.
